We, at Marriott, have worked with HotStats over a long period of time. HotStats reporting is used throughout the company for operational as well as strategic purposes. The profit and loss benchmarking reports are sent monthly to our general managers at hotel level, our cluster managers at regional level, as well as to head office managers. The information provides us with clear insight into how our key drivers of profitability compare to those of our competitors. The HotStats website provides us not only with great flexibility of reporting options, but also a huge volume of historic data and we have found it to be extremely useful and easy to use.
